Your Order Failed
  1. The card you presented for payment will not process because there was an error in the data you entered that you may have overlooked.
  2. You must enter the EXACT: Name shown on the card, Address, City, State (Province), Postal Code, Card Number, Expiration Date and the 3-Digit CV code from the back of the card you are using. Do not combine a physical address with a Postal PO Box, like: 321 Street/PO Box 321. Use only the address associated with the card. Do not shorten your name like Mike from Michael, Bill from William, etc. Use only the name on the card.
  3. It's also possible the Expiration date, Account Number, Postal code or Address for the card was entered incorrectly. Please check our emailed order response to see which entry was incorrectly entered.
  4. You may also have a card that is not activated yet. Contact your bank for activation.
  5. Your card bank may have placed a hold on your card temporarily if you have made several attempts to purchase unsuccessfully. You now need to call that bank to have them clear the hold. After you verify that clearance, you can try to purchase again.

If you have no other card, you could get a Wal-Mart card where you can put money on the card at check out and then activated it. Regular Visa and Amex cards can also be acquired at the local shopping mall for a small fee like $3.00 to make purchases on our web site.
